Bart Johnson

Meet Bart Johnson: The Jack-of-All-Trades Filmmaker at Magen Entertainment

Bart Johnson is a Producer, Director of Photography, Gimbal Operator, Editor, and most importantly, a die-hard Filmmaker. After earning his BFA in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2008, Bart made his way back to the DMV (District/Maryland/Virginia, not the place with long lines and bad photos) to dive into the world of filmmaking and professional video production.

Bart’s resume reads like a blockbuster script: short films, feature-length epics, documentaries, corporate videos, commercials, and TV shows. He’s worked with national television giants like E! Entertainment, Investigation Discovery, and TLC, and produced videos for international powerhouses like QIAGEN, eKare, and SerenaGroup. His secret sauce? Bringing a professional, polished look to every single project, no matter the genre.

Bart also runs a YouTube channel where he spills the beans on filmmaking tips, tricks, and techniques, and gives the lowdown on the latest gear. His mission? To share his film wizardry with the global community, one video at a time.

Bart’s also the MacGyver of Magen Entertainment. Need a camera rigged on a plane over Alaska? No problem. Shooting in the deserts of Baja California? Piece of cake. Filming inside a military base? Bart’s got it covered.

When he’s not crafting cinematic magic, Bart enjoys sipping on fine bourbon while grilling and smoking delicacies that could make a foodie weep. He’s also the proud dad of two Huskies, who are probably better behaved than most actors.
